Suspended Drivers License
NC, SC, & GA Traffic Attorney
South Carolina’s Implied Consent law allows the arresting officer to suspend any person accused of Driving Under the Influence license if they either 1. refused to submit to the breath test or 2. provided a sample that is .15 % or greater. If your license was suspended, the arresting officer should have issued you a Notice of Suspension; this is a blue form, the size of a letter-sized piece of paper.
YOU HAVE 30 DAYS
From the date of arrest to request an administrative hearing and receive a temporary license.
